I don't generally leave reviews, but i was compelled to about Ninigrit "Nini" Flud. She is simply an AWESOME real estate agent. Our meeting was by chance, but it worked out so well! I could not say enough great things about Nini. She was super attentive and responsive to my needs and priced my townhome to sell perfectly. We even got a little over asking price! I was thoroughly impressed by her background and how prepared she was with everything. What I really liked about Nini was that even if she was not my agent, I feel like we can hang out together as friends. She's just that good of a person! I would not hesitate to work with Nini again.
