I don't generally leave reviews, but i was compelled to about Ninigrit "Nini" Flud. She is simply an AWESOME real estate agent. Our meeting was by chance, but it worked out so well! I could not say enough great things about Nini. She was super attentive and responsive to my needs and priced my townhome to sell perfectly. We even got a little over asking price! I was thoroughly impressed by her background and how prepared she was with everything. What I really liked about Nini was that even if she was not my agent, I feel like we can hang out together as friends. She's just that good of a person! I would not hesitate to work with Nini again. Ningrit is the best! We're first time property owners and if you need an agent, I highly recommend her. Because it's the end of the year, we had a closing date in mind and we wanted to close as soon as possible. She exceeded that expectation by a week! We also ended up paying below our minimum range budget, including closing cost!! Earlier this year, we worked with two other agents so I can personally say from experience, Ningrit is exceptional. The first agent made us sign everything without explaining what what we were signing (glad we got outbid on that), while the other agent kept showing us homes 50k - 70k above our maximum price point. That other agent knew our total income and knew we could afford more, became super pushy and aggressive, basically told us what we were asking for in San Diego was "unrealistic", which is incorrect, because we just closed under our budget.
